Shipping across the UK is free with every Slim Gym™ order. No hidden fees, no surprises!
Do you offer next-day or express shipping options?
At the moment, we focus on making sure every Slim Gym™ is delivered safely and securely, so we don’t offer next-day shipping just yet. But we’ll always do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible!
How will my Slim Gym™ be packaged for delivery?
Your Slim Gym™ will arrive carefully packed in strong, protective packaging. It’s designed to keep everything safe during transport, so your new home gym reaches you in perfect condition.
Can I track my order after it’s been shipped?

Yes, you can! If you decide Slim Gym™ isn't right for you, you have 30 days from the day you receive it to request a return. Just make sure the item is in 'like-new' condition.
How long do I have to request a return?
You have 30 days after receiving your Slim Gym™ to let us know you’d like to return it.
What condition does Slim Gym™ need to be in for a return?
Slim Gym™ must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition to be eligible for a full refund. We want to make sure it’s still brand new for the next customer.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If you’re returning Slim Gym™ because you’ve changed your mind, you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost. If there’s a problem with your order, we’ll take care of the return shipping for you.
How do I start a return or exchange?

How do I make a warranty claim if something goes wrong?
